Alexis Thorpe (b.April 19, 1980) Is an actor best known for her work on Days of Our Lives. Before coming to Days in 2002, for two years, she starred as Rianna Miner on the 1973 CBS daytime drama The Young and the Restless. In 2003, she starred as a special guest on the NBC sitcom Friends, as a soap opera actress.
About Cassie Brady
Early 2002, writer James E. Reilly got creative on the DiMera side of things and decided to create Gemini twins. Those two were Cassie and Rex. There was a meteor shower in Salem, and unfortunately, they turned out to be aliens (replica of human). Taught by Shawn and Belle on how to speak, they were delighted. However, Agent Spector (someone provide the actor behind this character) for testing, they were discovered to be human. The rest of the results proved that they wore a tattoo resembling the Phoenix, but it was possible that Cassie and Rex might have ties to the foul, cruel, and dastardly villain Stefano DiMera. Stefano DiMera was one of the main reasons people wanted to watch Days of Our Lives. In matter of fact, he is the one that messes things up for the heroes. The possibility of Stefano being the father went wrong. They belonged to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis). Unfortunately, Cassie went horribly wrong, when she had a fixation with Shawn Brady. It was said that she wanted Shawn for herself...but another shocker came in the form of Lucas Roberts (Bryan Dattilo). Rex found out that Cassie was sleeping in bed with Lucas! It was later revealed that Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) was their (Rex and Cassie's) mother. Shawn, Lucas, and Philip were off-limits after that. But later in 2003, Cassie had a nightmare that the Salem Stalker was coming after her. After putting her wild ways aside, she discovered the truth about the Stalker. However, the Stalker stuffed Cassie's body in a piņata right after Cassie was through finding out who he/she was. Kate was arrested when she had a bloody knife in her hand. But on August 3, 2004, Alexis Thorpe fans had more to smile about when she returned to Days of Our Lives. There is no telling where Cassie is going to end up next.
