Ford Model N

The Ford Model N was an automobile produced by the Ford Motor Company. It was introduced in 1906 as a succesor to the Model A, C and F. It was powered by an inline-4 engine, giving 15 hp. The engine was situated in the front of the car but drove the rear wheels via a long shaft. The car had a wheelbase size of 213 cm (84 inches). A successful model, 7000 cars was made until production ended in 1908. At $500 the car was seen as highly affordable at the time. Optional extras included gas headlights and a convertible top.
