Sen. John Kerr
John H. Kerr III is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's seventh Senate district, including constituents in Greene, Lenoir and Wayne counties. An attorney from Goldsboro, North Carolina, Kerr is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his sixth term in the state Senate. Previously, he served three terms in the state House.
