Oliver Heald (born 15 December 1954) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Conservative member of Parliament for Hertfordshire North East, and was first elected in 1992. He was a junior minister during the John Major government. His previous career and training was as a lawyer. He is particularly interested in healthcare. He is married with several children and his constituency home is in a Hertfordshire market town.
